It is a Cheontae Order temple located in Choeup-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, and was founded in 1986.
Samgwangsa Temple, located at the foot of Baekyangsan Mountain, a place with dense forests, is a place where the morning sunlight is dazzling, and the temple is open 24 hours a day to pray for the Avalokitesvara. It is a great temple that practices patriotic Buddhism, daily Buddhism, and popular Buddhism.
The grounds of Samgwangsa Temple include Daeungbojeon Hall, which houses Sakyamuni, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva Daeseji, and Great Master Sangwolwongak, Jigwanjeon Hall where 10,000 people can enter at the same time to hold Buddhist ceremonies and cultural events, Lotus Samaedang Hall, Daebeom Bell Pavilion of National Peace Center, and World Human Peace Center. Samgwangsa Temple in Busan is comprised of 53 Buddha statues, an 8-sided, 9-story Great Treasure Pagoda, and Ksitigarbha Hall, praying for the peaceful unification of North and South Korea. Samgwangsa Temple in Busan is leading the modernization, globalization, and popularization of Buddhism in an appropriate harmony between modern and old traditions.
Samgwangsa Temple, one of the representative temples in Busan, is certified by Great Master Sangwol Wongak, who rebuilt the Cheontae Order, and holds regular Buddhist services on the 1st and 2nd of every month, as well as Samgwang Korean School, Samgwang Chinese Literature School, Gwangmyeong Kindergarten attached to Samgwangsa Temple, choir, tea ceremony, and flower arrangement. Seonamsa Temple is a branch temple of Beomeosa Temple, the headquarters of the 14th Diocese of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism.
It was founded by Wonhyo in 675 (the 15th year of the reign of King Munmu of Silla).
At the time of its founding, it was called Gyeonggangsa Temple. It is said that the name of the temple was changed to Seonamsa Temple as Hwarangs practiced martial arts on the cliff rock behind the temple. It is also said that the name of the temple was changed to Seonamsa Temple in 1483 (14th year of King Seongjong's reign) when Gakcho rebuilt it. do.
It was repaired by Shin Yeon in 1568 (1st year of King Seonjo's reign) and by Seon-o in 1718 (44th year of King Sukjong's reign), by Dong-un in 1918, and by Hye-su in 1955.
Seonamsa Temple operates a relaxing temple stay (1 day or 2 days and 1 night course) and various events such as the Buddhist Liberal Arts College, Wonhyo Choir, Buddhist volunteer group, pottery making, and prayer to the Dragon King. Seonamsa Temple facilities center around Daeungjeon. It is a Geungrakjeongto doryang with Geungnakjeon, Gwaneumjeon, Myeongbujeon, Josajeon, Chilseonggak, Sansingak, Yosachae, and Jonggak, and is famous for the beautiful camellia trees on the stone walls.
The stone bridge in the valley that runs through the grounds is Geungnak Bridge, and the small waterfall that flows behind Yongwangdan is Seonam Falls.
There is a sheer rock standing above Seonam Falls, which is called Sinseonam.

Gusangbanryeam Geological Site is located in the Jeonpo-dong area on the west side of Hwangnyeong Mountain, located in the center of Busan.
In plutonic rocks, which are formed by the slow cooling of magma underground, it is common to see isocrystalline structures of isograin, medium, and fine grains, but spheroidal rocks have nucleoli composed of white or colorless minerals or white minerals and black, green, or colored minerals. These appear as concentric circles or flower-shaped patterns on the surface of rocks.
Gabbro is a rare rock with a very small distribution in Korea, and the distribution area of gabbro with the globular structure of Jeonpo-dong is approximately 0.14㎢, which is one of the world's largest not only among globular gabbro but also among all globular rocks.
In addition, Gusang Gannaeam, a special rock located in the middle of the city, is the only one reported in Asia so far, making it a Busan National Geopark with great research value.
