Introduction to Gulpocheon Ecological River
Gulpocheon Ecological Stream is a water-friendly space representing Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, where you can enjoy relaxation along the waterway.

It is said that during the reign of King Jungjong of the Joseon Dynasty, ships carrying grain and other cargo from the Samnam region to the sea often capsized at Sondolmok in Ganghwa.

Today, Gulpocheon Ecological Stream has established itself as a refreshing resting place in the city.
Fountains and water-friendly facilities have been built around the waterside promenade, and various aquatic plants such as silver grass, cattails, succulents, and yellow irises that purify water have been planted, transforming it into a beautiful waterside space and becoming a resting place for many people.
