It was built in 2010, the 60th anniversary of the Korean War, with the sincerity and will of the military veterans of Seongdong-gu and Seongdong-gu to commemorate the achievements and noble spirit of patriotism of the military veterans who protected the country during the Korean War and fought tirelessly for world peace during the Vietnam War.
The public monument consists of the 1st tower (public monument), 2nd tower (list of 279 veterans of military service), and 3rd tower (purpose statement, sponsoring organizations, etc.) on the stairs of the circular pedestal.

Seoul Transportation Corporation conducts subway tours and safety experiences at each vehicle business office.
In the metropolitan area, you can experience it at Dobong and Moran depots.
